About us Waglers

“For those few who may think a narrow view, is the same as the narrow way, let us broaden your world, today.”

Hello, I’m Jesse Wagler. . Born & Raised & Educated Amish. Now Anabaptist Conservative Mennonite. [cars and radios, but no TV. beards tolerated ,a middle of the road ,unaffiliated church group ].. I have 5 brothers & 5 Sisters, both parents living. Married to wife Lynda , with 6 great children. 1 grandchild. The house you see on the heading, was a public school for 30 years, a community center for 40 more years, and our home now since 1995.

True wisdom can be mighty scarce in this time and age. Some of us Waglers feel sometimes like we’ve got it to spare. [This can be yoders, yutzys, stolls, etc. or anyone who has,or wishes they had, any connection to the Waglers].. First of all the greatest wisdom comes from God, Prov. chap. 2 verses 2-10 explains that. We ‘ll aim for that, in all we’ll write here. Our worthy goal is to educate, inspire & encourage a thoughtful and useful life for all.And to encourage an appreciation for our past and present blessings. Our topics will not be in depth, but hopefully will cause the reader to seek more knowledge, and drive them to higher aspirations.

Our goal here is to spread what wisdom we can, far & near, high & low, to help those not now subscribing to 3  daily newspapers,[All for very cheap rates]. 6 weekly news magazines, 9 monthly tomes as we now are. Also high speed business Internet. And an 8000 book library, that doubles for a School room,as we happily Homeschool our Children.

We plan on posting from time to time, different posts, weekly monthly,or in between , most with fairly narrow interest spans, of interest to us, maybe or maybe not to you, dear reader, and to inspire each reader here to better him or herself with knowledge gleaned hopefully from this humble site.

We will welcome comments, also we may welcome guest posts too . For comments,Use at least your first name ,and  a rule of the thumb here is ‘Be nice’ . Also “Blessed are the peacemakers”. And try to keep it under 100 words.

My younger Brother Ira Wagler has a fine weekly blog, and is quite famous for his astute observations on many subjects. Two nephews, Ira Lee Wagler and Reuben Wagler have their own sites [see links]

So keep an eye on here. A new post is coming soon.. It may be about politics , religion ,History, Genealogy ,reading ,or relaxing .
